Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of bath and body products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@earthenbearbotanicals.com and we will work with you to make it right.
